We are women, we’re not in our 20s (we’re not even in our 30s or 40s) and we’re both personally experienced with peri menopause, menopause, high level strength training, nutrition planning for optimal performance and designing templates for general health
Our network is female. Any doctors or trainers we refer you to will also be women. We will generally defer to older women because lived experience is huge and we credit it.

Your mechanics…
Anna brings almost two decades of experience training and competing nationally as a strength athlete across multiple disciplines. Most recently she managed to attain incredible levels of leanness and conditioning in order to compete naturally on a bodybuilding stage during peri menopause.
She has a deep love of training and has learnt from some of the best coaches along the way. She has a thorough understanding of the scientific principles of strength and conditioning for muscle building and body recomposition. She provides education, tools, guidance and a flexible approach to optimising your training and nutrition.
She has a background of 15 years working with people who struggle with substance abuse through her work with the Department of Justice. She brings her understanding of human behaviour and her ability to influence it to MM in order to help her clients achieve lasting behavioural change.
Presently, Anna is studying elements of Behavioural Science at Monash University, a pursuit which further enriches her coaching practice with clients.

Carol brings almost two decades of experience training and competing nationally as a strength athlete across multiple disciplines including powerlifting and natural bodybuilding. Her personal goals are now aligned with enhancing overall well-being.
Carol has a background of over 10 years working with people on their specific nutritional needs. This includes developing custom meal plans and providing meal preparation services in order to provide optimal results whether that is performance or aesthetic. Carol believes that a stable and positive nutrition and stress management foundation is crucial for navigating the challenges that come with menopause.
She is deeply committed to integrating evidence-based methods in order to guide you towards your goals while fostering a sense of empowerment along the way.
